Refund Policy

Bling By Name only refunds on faulty items within 3 days of delivery. Discrepencies with orders must be notified to Bling By Name within 3 days of delivery by phone or in writing.

Bling By Name accepts no responsibility if the incorrect spelling has been advised for our personalised range. When ordering personalised items, please ensure all details are checked before placing an order.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Bling By Name dispatches your order within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order will be sent via courier or registered post. All deliveries are guaranteed to be received (Aust only) within 4 days of order. If Bling By Name is unable to fulfil your order you will be notified within 3 working days by email or telephone. 

We take no responsibility for incorrect addresses supplied. Please note: Incorrect address details supplied does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Order Process Policy

Once you have selected the products you would like to purchase, complete the form with your delivery details. Select how you would prefer to pay: we can call you to collect your credit card details or You can pay online using your credit card. Once you have submitted you order we will send you an email confirming your purchase. If you selected to pay online we will send you an email including the freight costs, click the link to go to the payment page. If you selected the to pay over the phone, we will call you and let you know how much your total order comes to including freight and collect your credit card details to process payment.
